Basic constructor.

Parameters:

connectionFuture - future for tracking the authentication progress

versionHolder - reads and holds the Tarantool server version received in the greeting

credentials - Tarantool user credentials for authentication

authenticator - an instance of TarantoolAuthenticator implementing authentication mechanism
